Will my delivery need to be signed for?
Yes, your delivery will need to be signed for.
If you are not at home when the delivery company calls you may need to collect your parcel from their nearest depot.
You cannot arrange to have your parcel left in the dog kennel or under the hedge!
You can arrange to have your parcel delivered to a work address or a friends address.
(Please note - we are unable to deliver knives to a school.)
When will my parcel arrive?
Your parcel should arrive 3 - 5 working days after you have placed your order.
Occasionally we will operate a delayed despatch schedule.
When this is the case, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Do you deliver to any address.
Yes, so long as it is a mainland uk address.
We cannot deliver to addresses in the rest of Europe.
Neither can we deliver to Northern Ireland or any of the UK Islands.
